Ed Sellman has been managing properties for over 30 years, mostly as an on-site manager. He has over 22 years managing high-rise condominiums, six years managing garden style condominiums and three years as a portfolio manager. Ed earned the professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®) designation from Community Associations Institute in 1990 and has a CFC Universal Technician certification from the National Association of Power Engineers. Before getting into the field of property management, Ed was in the United States Navy Nuclear Power Program for six years as a Second Class Nuclear Machinist Mate. After the Navy, he worked for an engineering company in Boston writing spare parts recommendation lists for nuclear and coal fired power plants. In addition to property management, Ed has also renovated several condominiums and single family detached homes. Virtually, any project that can be done in a condominium or detached house, Ed has done.
