Reserve Study Preparers Needed


Pacific Reserve Studies, a division of CoastManagement.net, established in 1987, is in need of two individuals to provide reserve studies for its homeowner association clients throughout Southern California. One person needs a minimum of two years full - time experience in providing reserve studies to community associations, while the other person will need a suitable background and the desire to learn the business.

Preparing high quality reserve studies requires a great deal of knowledge and experience in a number of areas. Experience in any of the following areas would be helpful:

• Construction
• Residential Appraising
• Cost Estimating
• Building Maintenance
• Preparing Budgets

Candidates must be non - smokers, live within 15 miles of our corporate office, and possess the following:

• Excellent computer skills, research skills, math skills, and the ability to concentrate on details;
• Excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills;
• The ability to pass a background check including drugs and alcohol;
• A reliable automobile, a good driving record, and proof of at least $500,000 of liability coverage;
• The ability to meet with clients and prospective clients three or four evenings each month at their location.

Compensation consists of the following:

• A base salary which will be based upon the level of your skills and experience;
• A bonus for each completed reserve study;
• Inclusion in our group health insurance program with a generous contribution towards the costs; and
• Vacation and other benefits as set forth in our Employee Handbook.
